An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trauma specialist nurse to work within the Trauma and Orthopaedics Service. This pivotal role holds primary responsibility for the provision of specialist nursing for a defined patient/client group, practicing autonomously as a core member of the multi-disciplinary team. We treat patients from across Hampshire and provide second opinions and treatment for complex conditions for patients from a wider area. UHS is a Major Trauma Centre (established 2012) and T&O house the Major Trauma ward in its footprint.
