Divisional Clinical Director - Division C 

5 Programmed Activities committed to this role (Consisting of 4 additional SPAs + 1 of your 2 regular SPA allocation) plus £25k responsibility allowance

We would like to invite applications for the role of Divisional Clinical Director for Division C. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a Consultant currently within Division C who has significant clinical leadership experience and a proven track record of service development and undertaking transformational change. You will be resilient, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate our Trust values of Patients First, Always Improving, and Working Together.

The Divisional Clinical Director will be accountable for the operational leadership, performance and strategic development of the Division. This will include accountability for high quality patient care, patient safety, clinical quality and governance, the delivery of agreed performance and financial objectives, and ensuring that the Division operates with the safety of patients as its highest priority. The Divisional Clinical Director will work as part of the Divisional Management Team in order to achieve these objectives. 

The Divisional Clinical Director reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is professionally accountable to the Chief Medical Officer.
